INSTRUCTIONS

Important:- 1.5 kg of dry toast is required to add the wheat, that's about 2.5kg of fresh bread. Once the bread is toasted dry not burnt, crumble it DO NOT crush it to powder or you may get a stuck mash.

Mash at 67C for 90 mins. Use rice hulls or oak husk to aide drainage.

If your using US05 then - ferment at 18C and condition for 4 weeks at 12C Carbonation....... 2 to 2.5 vol or more.

Profile OG........1.048 FG.......1.010 Volume 25 litres into fermenter.

I'm using Muntons yeast as it flocculates better than US05 and I intend to bottle this beer.
