INSTRUCTIONS

First attempt at brewing a clone of whitbread gold label barley wine.

Looks like a fairly quick ferment at 64 degrees to give the yeast a chance with such a high alcohol content, 5 - 8 days leave to fully finish for 3 - 4 more and then keg if reasonably clear.
