INSTRUCTIONS

Mash at 64c for 90 mins
Boil for 60 mins
Ferment at 18c until gravity drops to 1.018 then add 5 grams of each dry hop allow temp to rise to 21c.
Once fermentation is complete add balance of dry hops and cool to 8c for 4 days minimum.
