INSTRUCTIONS

Steep specialty grains at 174F for 60 minutes in 20lt and stir occasionally, Sparged 10lt at 156F for 10min. I added 5lt of bolded water to make up for water lost in grains and 75min boil. I added Protafloc (wort clearer)10 minutes before the end of the boil removing all hop bags allowed it to sit in the kettle 24 hours.
