INSTRUCTIONS

Bring 5 litres of water to the boil and slowly dissolve the DME. Be careful of boil overs.

Add 20g Aurora and boil for 15mins.

Add another 15-20g Aurora at flame out and cool wort to pitching temp.

Pitch the Nottingham yeast directly.

After a week, add another 15g Aurora to dry hop.
